Our Inspiration
Letters from Heaven was inspired by a three-year-old boy who deeply missed his Papa and was trying to understand where Papa had gone and why he was now in heaven. Papa had left his home to the little boy and his family to move into, and in the midst of their grief, the boy’s mother imagined a letter from heaven—one that would allow Papa to speak directly to him. Through that letter, Papa could remind his grandson how deeply he was loved, how much he was missed, and how the family home was a gift meant for laughter, play, joy, and a lifetime of memories. That simple act of love became the spark that inspired the heart for Letters from Heaven.
